You’ll find my jars in stockists around Dorset.

Wherever possible we use locally grown and/or sourced ingredients. For example the blueberries for my Blueberry Thrill jam are grown in Puddletown, Dorset.

Strawberry Jam

Only available during the English Strawberry season gives a wonderful freshness and deep strawberry flavour.

Raspberry and Chocolate Jam infused with Vodka

Gorgeous raspberries complimented by rich dark chocolate and given a warmth by the vodka.

Dorset Raspberry Jam

Deep, dark raspberry red colour and fragrance..delish on a muffin!

Blueberry thrill jam
Blueberry Thrill Jam

Made with locally grown blueberries, this jam holds a very special place in my heart as the first jam I ever made!

Jubbleberry Jam

A jumble of summer berries which provide the ingredients for pots of deliciously dark-hued jumbleberry jam – perfect for spreading on freshly made crusty bread! A little Cassis is added to bring out the depth of flavours.

Plum and Cinnamon Jam

For the autumn, and gradually replacing the strawberry jam as the strawberries draw to a close. A rich, deep, jam that goes well in jam tarts and spread on hot crumpets.

Blackberry Bramble Jam

Blackberries picked from the hedgerows and turned into jam the same day. This one is, and always will be, my favourite jam. I think the nettle stings and attacks from brambles all contribute to the taste. Great in sponge cakes, on crumpets and with peanut butter!

Rhubarb and Ginger Jam

Only available at the beginning of the year in line with the forced rhubarb season in Yorkshire. Pink loveliness in a jar!

Orange and Lemon Marmalade with Fursty Ferret

This is a twist on traditional whisky marmalade in that it uses Real Ale from Badgers called Fursty Ferret instead of the whisky.  This particular real ale has wonderfully bitter orange undertones that really complement the oranges and lemons used.

Clementine Marmalade with Cointreau

A sweeter marmalade than Seville, Clementine marmalade makes a lovely, rich breakfast treat. Lovely on toast in the morning, or smothered over English muffins for supper. The Cointreau adds a roundness of flavour to this marmalade.

Seville Orange Marmalade

Made with organic Seville oranges shipped directly from the Ava Marie Farm in Seville. My favourite on toast!

Pink Grapefruit, Pomegranate and Gin Marmalade

This is a lovely not too sweet marmalade when you want something different, especially as the little pomegranate seeds burst in your mouth! Yum!

Five Fruit Marmalade
Made with Seville oranges, lemons, limes, clementines and pink grapefruit, this marmalade brings the sunshine onto your breakfast!
